Order schedule - Christmas and New Year 2024

Happy Christmas and New Year! We are closed on 25th and 26th December and 1st January.

We are posting orders on 24th, 27th, 30th and 31st December, but larger orders may take longer than usual to process. We return to normal hours on Thursday 2nd January.

Delivery

We aim to dispatch all orders within one working day of receipt of payment. Orders within the UK are sent by Royal Mail (smaller items) or Interlink couriers (large or heavy items). Items usually take 2-3 working days to be delivered.

If you have a safe place to leave the parcel (for example a porch, shed or with a neighbour), please include this in the comments when placing your order.

Orders outside the UK are sent by Royal Mail tracked or signed post. Some of our larger items may be too large for standard post, in this case you will need to contact us first giving your full address and postcode so we can calculate the item's shipping cost.

Please see the below table for expected delivery days within the UK, when ordering on a particular day. This is only a rough guide and we do try to turn orders around quicker than this where possible - however we will always send an email once we've packed your order and it's ready to send, just so you know it's on its way to you.

*In most cases Royal Mail will deliver on Saturdays when they can, however sometimes they like to hold on to parcels for a bit longer. Also large items delivered by DPD couriers are not always guaranteed for delivery on a Saturday.

Returns

Unwanted items

You have the right under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 to return your goods within 14 days of receipt for a full refund. NeedThatGift.co.uk will not be held accountable for the collection of goods, in such a case this must be arranged and paid for by yourself, the customer.

Faulty Items

In the unlikely event of you receiving a faulty item from us, please contact us to arrange for either a replacement or a full refund of the item. Depending on the nature of the fault we may ask you to either take a photograph of the damage or return the item to us. If we ask you to return the item we'll pay for the cost of postage, this will be through our freepost returns address which we'll email to you.
